"/ pg. 50/ These are the first places you go to on the way back from the front if your wounded. They were about a mile and a 1/2 away from the font itself. Many of the nurses at these stations were not highly trained and had never been around such high levels of intense gore and pressure. Most of these stations were also incredibly dirty and passed gangrene and septicemia around very quickly. They were also poorly equipped with the proper equipment and environment necessary.
